Attention in the work
-When you uses a thing including the thinner(Bond, lacquer thinner etc) or spray, make good ventilation.
And wear a gas mask.

-When you toast mterials etc, make good ventilation.
And don't breathe smoke, don't put smoke in your eyes.

-When you dig mterials etc with Soldering iron, make good ventilation.
And don't breathe in smoke, don't put smoke in your eyes.

-Don't use fire near the things which are easy to burn such as paint, thinner etc.

-When you finished using tools, pull an outlet.

-Read labels of materials and tools, and understand how to use.

Make the first half part.

Use a PVC pipe(diameter 2.2cm).
Cut a PVC pipe.
PVC pipe can be cut with a saw.
But a Pipe cutter is more better.
It can cut quickly and neatly.

Finished cutting it to moderate size.


Combine Joint parts of PVC pipe.

Cut PVC pipe short for connection.

Glue with a Liquid super glue.
When you use a Super glue Accelerator, Hardening speed becomes fast.
(Smoke may be generated. Don't breathe in the smoke and don't put in eyes.)





Super glue accelerator makes hardening time short.
It's so useful.

When you use 100ml, you can make a armorset or about two, three weapons.

Make hole with a Drill or a Pinvice.



Use Gardening stick made by glass fiber as core.
Cut it with a saw.
You can cut also Pliers, Nippers, but i recommend saws.
If you can't get this stick, substitute various metalic sticks.


I finished cutting.

Make hole with a Drill or a Pinvice.


Use it as a core.
Cut it wit Freeway coping saw, pliers, nippers, diamond files, etc.

If you don't want to use fire, use a Heat gun.

Hair dryers can't bend.
When you heat, equip globes.

Insert in the tip.
Glue with a Liquid super glue.
Heap a Hot melt(glue gun) for reinforcement.


Cut out 5mm thick EVA foam.


Slant the edge.
Cut with a Box cutter etc.


Cut out 5mm thick EVA foam.

Round off the corners with a Box cutter etc.


Make a hole with a Box cutter etc.


Remove the corner by toasting with a Lighter.(Don't breathe in the smoke, be careful about fire)


Pass through the hole.


Heap with a Hot melt(glue gun).

Cut out 1.5mm or 2mm thick EVA foam.

Make the wire a core.

Make a gap with a Box cutter etc.


Glue with a Liquid super glue.

Make rivets with a Hot melt(glue gun).


Insert Joint parts of PVC pipe.

Cut out 5mm thick EVA foam.

Form by shaving with a Box cutter etc.

Attach a cord.
Glue with a Hot melt(glue gun).


Cut out 5mm thick EVA foam.

Draw patterns with a Hot melt(glue gun).


Attach a Code.
Glue with a Hot melt(glue gun).

Painting
Paint.
When paint direct Lacquer Spray and acrylic paint to EVA foam and PVC pipe,
paint don't fix well.
So you should paint undercoat.

Paint "Bond G17"(one of sticky glue in Japan) thined with lacquer thinner three or four times.
Don't use fire until drying, because "Bond G17" burns easily. Don' use a Lighter etc until drying.
(It will char in seconds.)


Dry it about 2 ~ 6 hours.

Paint black color as undercoat color with Lacquer Spray.

Paint silver Bottle lacquer paint by Drybrush painting.

panint stick, thinner.
