Cut off beautifull circle forms from EVA foam It' not beautifull things, when you cut off circle form from EVA foam with Box cutter. You must use appropriate tools. -Cut off smal circles In case of small circles to about 3cm, use Punch. The things in right of below photo is Punch. Strike this by hammer. And cut off. -Store:D.I.Y shop -Price:100Yen~ (about 130Yen = 1dollar) There are some sized commoditty. It's convenience if you have punch stands. Cutting mat is also good. In case of 10mm 10mm thick EVA foam, it's difficult to cut off beautifull things. Then, cut off 2 pieces from 5mm tchick. And paste together with Liquid super glue It can make ring forms by big Punch and small Punch. -Cut off big circles Use Circle cutter, if you make Big sized circle not cut off by Punch. I use the thing combined C-2500P and blades of "Art kinfe PRO". This blade is neccesary. But, I think there must be similar things in outside of Japan. Watch the video. The sharpness of this commodity's blade is so bad. Sharpness is bad, and length is short. Then use blades of "Art kinfe PRO" in stead of above blade. Set blades of "Art kinfe PRO". Adjust length of the needle and lenght of the blade to thickness of EVA foam. These are cut things. 2mm thick and 10mm thick is cut easily. It can cut from diameter 3cm to diameter 16cm. Fit this parts, If you want to over 16cm.
