Use Jiyujizai as a core

-About Jiyujizai
"Jiyujizai"(one of wire in Japan) is one of wire.
It's wire coverd vinyl tube. There are various color and thickness.
-Store:Tokyu hands etc
-Price:300Yen (about 130Yen = 1dollar)
It's sold only in Japan.

It don't break by metal fatigue if bended how many times.
(I continued bending it for ten minutes. But it have not break.)

Thickness are 4 kinds.
-10mm diameter
-6mm diameter
-3.2mm diameter
-2mm diameter

Example
A coif.


It's pasted 3.2mm diameter "Jiyujizai"(one of wire in Japan) in backside with Hot melt(glue gun).
Then it can match head form.

A sword.
Paste 6mm diameter "Jiyujizai"(one of wire in Japan) to the back of sword.

A iron ball.
Use 10mm diameter "Jiyujizai"(one of wire in Japan) as a metal fitting.


Paste with Hot melt(glue gun).


Paste to handcuffs with Hot melt(glue gun).

Attention in the work
-When you uses a thing including the thinner(Bond, lacquer thinner etc) or spray, make good ventilation.
