-Duplicating parts
You can duplicate parts with silicon molds and casting resin.
Molds has two kinds called one side mold and double side mold.
I comments about one side mold in this page.
The one side mold can only duplicate flat things.

-How to make silicon mold
1.Make original form
Make original form with Plastic sheets, Polyester putty, sculpey.
A example of original form made from Polyester putty.
After this , use this original form.
Sculpey.

2.Make a frame with brocks for duplicating.

3.Put on the original form center
4.Weigh while you are pouring silicon to a polyethylene beaker
You must weigh with a measure.
The beaker has divisions, but don't use it. Because it's divisions for
water.
(The water is different from silicon in weight.)
5.Mix hardner of proper quantity harder with a stick.
Proper quality is written in a package.
Weigh correctly.
6.Drip silicon from the stick to the original form. And cover the original form.
Don't pour in one go. Air bublles are made if do that way.
After covering, spray air with Air duster. Air bublles are disappeared.
7.Pour silicon
8.Wait untile hardening.
Hardening time varies according to commodity.
Early thing is about 8 hours. Slow thing is about 24 hours.
9.Take off frames
10.Complete
-Duplicate
1.Paste Silicone Barrier with paint brush.
Taking off becomes easy if painted this.
You can take off if don't paint this. But the mold becomes to easy to be
broken.

2.Fit nozzle to can of casting resin.
This is commodity of sold separately.
It's easy to pour if you fit nozzle.
3.Weigh while you are pouring casting resin to a paper cup.
4.Adjust until "A" riquid and "B" riquid are same quality.
5.Mix "A" riquid and "B" riquid
6.Pour to the silicon mold.
7.Wait about 10 minutes. take off if casting resin harden.
-Prepare for painting
Surface of casting resin parts has Silicone barrier.
Paints are repeled if paint it as it is. Then clean it.
Clean surface with "bure-kuri-n(one of Jpanese cleaning riquid for
industrial use) ".
Clean with a toothbrush while spraying.

Paint undercoats for casting resin after cleaning.

Drying of undercoat for casting resin need about 3 or 4 hours.
Paint paints after drying undercoat.

Cut unnecesarry silicon molds to scraps.
And increase quality with scraps.
However increase after covering the whole of orignal form.
-Supplementation part2
You may make many pieces.
Duplicating one by one takes time, then make silicon form can make many
pieces at a time.
